B2B Retail Recommendation Engine

Co-designed a shopping platform with a recommendation engine for Nike’s retail partners. Successfully launched a $3.5 Million MVP with ongoing and future phases of working expected to generate $50 Million in revenue once launched globally later this year.

NLP Tool

Led the design of a brand new natural language processing tool end to end. The NLP tool takes in hundred of thousands of comments from employee survey, polls, feedback session, town halls, etc and creates a visual dashboard with insights, data summaries, and sentiment analysis. The NLP tool became a first of its kind at IBM, successfully launching and impacting 300k employees.

Factbook

Led the design of IBM’s first ever digital and physical Factbook. The Factbook transformed hundreds of thousands of employee data points into stunning data visualizations that empowered leaders to easily grasp insights and make data informed business decisions.

Uniting Designers One Card at a Time

Led a large scale global collaboration with 40 designers across 19 cities to create a deck of playing cards with the theme “Finding Comfort in the Little Things.” This project reduced virtual fatigue and created meaningful connection in a locked down world.
